2025 Fall Scholarship Disbursement Information for Graduate Programs

We would like to inform you of the scholarship disbursement schedule for Doctoral and International programs for the Fall 2025 semester, following the establishment and revision of the Graduate School scholarship system.

1.Scholarship for All Doctoral Programs

1) Title: Yonsei Companion Scholarship

2) Eligibility:

Regularly enrolled doctoral students in the Graduate School (1st–4th semesters) and

students in the joint master’s–doctoral program (4th–6th semesters), both Korean

nationals and international students admitted through the general admission track, who

will complete the Fall 2025 semester. (must remain enrolled until December 14, 2025).

※ Excluding students receiving full tuition scholarships for regular registration

semesters from either on-campus or external sources

3) Support: KRW 1,200,000 per semester

2. Scholarship for International Students (All Programs)

1) Title: Yonsei International Student Companion Scholarship

2) Eligibility: Regularly enrolled international students in the Graduate School who were

admitted through the international admission track, have a GPA of 3.4 or higher (on a 4.3

scale), and will complete the Fall 2025 semester (must remain enrolled until December 14,

2025).

※ Excluding students receiving full tuition scholarships for regular registration

semesters from either on-campus or external sources.

※ Excluding previous recipients of the Global Leadership Fellowship and the Excellent

International Student Scholarship III.

3) Support

Doctoral program	KRW 3,000,000
Combined Master’s–Doctoral program	KRW 2,000,000

3. Disbursement Period: Late December 2025 – Early January 2026 (to the bank account

registered in the Yonsei Portal)

4. Remarks: Processed directly by the Graduate School Administration Team (no application

procedure or submission of documents required).
